Going Green! {Recipe}

Hey lovelies! 

I don't know about you but, I am the worst impulse buyer and it doesn't help that John just encourages me. 

We currently have a juicer, ninja blender, and now a CuisinArt Smart Power Blend System

I figured I would try to start 2015 out right with a better work out regime and healthier morning options. I go in spurts of wanting fresh juice or a smoothie on my way out the door. Lately though, green smoothies have been my craving! 

Here is my favorite recipe:
Banana Berry Kale Smoothie
What You Need:
-1-1 1/2 cup soy or almond milk
-2 cups chopped kale
-1 cup blueberries
-2-3 bananas
-1 TBS chia seeds

What To Do:
1. clean all produce thoroughly-this is important as I am sure you do not want dirt in your smoothie.
2. cut/chop all produce
3. add the ingredients in the blender
4. blend until smooth. add more milk if it is still too thick
5. enjoy!

-Blueberry Pom Cranberry with Kale
-Pineapple and Cranberry with Spinach
-Orange Pineapple Banana with Arugala
-Orange Pom with Kale
