Mediterranean Tapas:{RECIPE}

Pretty much everyone that knows us, knows that we have been really trying to keep healthy and change our lifestyles. Because of everything that we have going on, quick and easy is kind of our thing so, thanks to my second momma, I have a new yummy and quick recipe to share!

Mediterranean Tapas:

What you will need:
baking sheet
cooking spray
16 oz of spinach
1/2 pint cherry tomatoes thinly sliced
1 red bell pepper thinly sliced
1 cubanelo pepper thinly sliced
havarti cheese thinly sliced
roasted peppered turkey thinly sliced
olive oil
salt and pepper
red pepper flakes
cuban bread

What you will do
1. preheat oven to 350* and spray the baking sheet
2. arrange the ingredients: spinach, tomatoes, pepper mix, turkey, and cheese
3. sprinkle with salt and pepper, red pepper flakes, and drizzle with olive oil

4. bake for 15 minutes at 350*
5. while baking, take your bread and slice thinly, brush with olive oil and toast for 5-7 minutes
6. remove from oven and serve with bread
