Hello, Spring

If you live in Florida, especially south Florida, you know that Spring showed its face at the end of January but, if you are up north and battling the snow and ice, I hope Spring weather arrives for you soon. I feel like this week has been the first 'normal' routine week in about a month and I am thankful for that as I was getting just a bit worn down. Anyways, I am linking up with

I woke up around 6am and went with the pups for a run. I dropped them off at puppy daycare then returned home to do some deep spring cleaning. When we moved back in November, we moved in a rush so, I wasn't able to clean out and get rid of all that I wanted to. I was trying to get ready to go out for the day and our closet was just too much so, I managed to get rid of six full bags of clothes/shoes/bags-these four are just my things! I ran over to Plato's closet and managed to get $208.00 for the clothes that they took. Seeing as how I had made some money, the next logical thing was to go spend it so I made a trip to Ulta. I am on the hunt for the perfect Spring lip color. I have really had a thing for corals lately so I picked up:

Revlon's Colorstay Ultimate Suede Lipstick in Flash Lights
NYX Matte Lipstick in Temptress

I also finally booked my tickets and hotels for France and Italy! T-64 days until I arrive in the beautiful city of Paris!

I was so floored when J told me he wanted to make a boiled dinner for St. Patrick's Day. We typically go to his grandmother's house but, she's out of town. John went to the store and got all of the items needed and we worked together and it was damn good! While we were cooking however, J noticed that the sink wasn't draining so my fabulous and handy man became mr. fixit!

As soon as J left for work..at 430 am...I was awake. I started replying to emails and doing some work while catching up on shows, eating breakfast, and snuggling with the pups.
We then went on a long walk before I jumped in the pool for a few laps. I spent the rest of the day working before meeting my parents for dinner while J was at school.

Was a gloomy, gloomy day here in Sarasota. I had big plans to go down to the dog beach but those were shattered so I stayed in bed a bit longer, watched more Once Upon a Time and then we ventured to the puppy park.
"Where we goin' momma??"
I also have been really into eating meals off cutting boards lately so our snack last night was inspired by Pamela
