Get Fit Thursdays {Workin' On My Fitness}

Hi dolls! I am collaborating with Alicia from Being Holy and Healthy and Tayler from the Morrell Tale for our series, Get Fit Thursdays. The purpose of this collab is to share our tips and motivation strategies with you as well as fresh and healthy recipes.

Even on busy days you can find at least 30 minutes to workout. Before school, before work, before bed, after work, after school, on your break… It’s just getting the motivation to do it. Here is one of my favorite quick work outs for busy days or lazy days.

Two other great series of workouts that I have found are:

A few of my favorite workout apps are:

30 Day AB Challenge/HICT/Bikini Beach Body LITE

these are all free apps that set and track your workouts. They help keep you on track because you can set notifications to pop up at a certain time of day that will work for you to do them.

What are your go to workouts?

  2. Love your fitness posts. I just recently did one similar. Love the roundups of quick workouts - anything 30 minutes and under. I especially like what I call my "on hold" workouts. Lol. When you are on hold or waiting around, there are plenty of things to do to keep the blood flowing. Good luck on your journey.

  4. Nice! I love these little cheat sheet things. I do most of my workouts from home, so it's helpful to have a set goal for the day!

  5. I really need to get myself together fitness-wise. Summer is fast approaching and I'm still sitting around here with my winter fat. I need to at least try some of these mini workouts you've shared.

  8. As of right now I'm trying to do at home workouts such as sit ups, crunches, lunges, squats, and planks. I don't have a gym membership. I did but it wasn't worth it since I wasn't going to it.
