Weekending

Good morning my loves! I hope your weekend was filled with family and friends, yummy food and some rest and relaxation! We definitely spent ours with all of the above! I am linking up with Meg from Mingle Monday Biana from B Loved Boston

Friday
I spent my day with my two favorite littles, Matthew and Breana. If you have been around here for a while-or read up on Friday's post, you will know that I am obsessed with these too babes. I have known their family for three years now and eat up every second I am able to spend with them!

I picked them up at 9am then we hit the pool. There are both such water babies. We had lunch, took a nap, colored and played outside then ended the day with ice cream and a special appearance from "Mr. John"

Saturday
Started out..interestingly..by 9am, I was covered in peanut butter. Both of our babes are on Trifexis for their monthly flea, tick, heart worm, etc. Chloe is easy to give the pill to because she has a long snout that I can ensure she won't spit the pill out. Yoda however has such a small snout and got the pill out of everything I tried (cheese, peanut butter, butter, etc.) I finally resorted to cream cheese icing...

after that fiasco, we ran some errands to prep for Easter and I finally got my nails done

We also had a little date night! We went and saw the Will Ferrell and Kevin Hart movie "Get Hard" which was SO funny and finished out with an Applebee's half priced apps and a delicious butter pecan blondie!

Sunday
My momma came over around one for Easter  Supper which I made all by myself!

After she left, I cleaned up, and we took a short fully bellied nap, I finished some patio gardening that I started Saturday!

All in all, it was a great weekend! I hope your coffee's are large and Monday's are short!

  14. Have you ever heard or used Pill Pockets? They are miracles and help when we have to give our Lulu her meds. They are basically a really soft treat with a hole in the middle that you put the pill into and then pinch the opening closed so it's locked in. They apparently taste delicious! And more importantly, they work!! I think you can find them on Amazon. :) Happy Week!

  20. I literally laughed out loud at that picture of Yoda! I used to work at a vet clinic & we had some dogs that got pretty creative with getting their pills out of whatever we were using!
