Favorite Drug Store Buys!

Nothing thrills me more than new makeup or beauty products but homegirl can't always be spending tons of money on them. I typically buy the majority of my products from Target but, we all know what a black hole that can be..go in for one thing, come out with fifty..so, this week, I stopped by Walgreens and picked up some great products that were all under $15-score

Freeman Pomegranate Peel Off Mask $3.99: A while back, my girl, Jasmine posted a review on these masks and I had to get one or two. They have masks for just about every skin condition and they all smell amazing!

Simple Micellar Cleansing Water $7.29: If you watch any of the YouTube beauty gurus, I am sure that you have heard about this product. This water cleanses, removes makeup and hydrates your skin. I am officially obsessed with it!

e.l.f. Stipple Brush $3.99: I am a big fan of liquid foundation but, I like to apply it with a stipple brush as opposed to my fingers, a sponge, or a make up pad. I feel like it gives me more of an airbrushed effect. I was using the Sephora brand brushes but, they are $15-25 each..that adds up! This brush is softer and a quarter of the price!

Maybelline Nudes Palette $11.99: I am sure you all have also heard of this palette. I would compare this to the original Naked palette by Urban Decay but half the price. The colors are also insanely pigmented.

Herbal Essences Moroccan Oil $7.99: This is a 7 in 1 serum. I have been using this as a heat protectant prior to blow drying and flat ironing. This oil leaves my hair super silky and shiny!

Vaseline Spray&Go $7.79: Since I bought this, it is the only lotion I have used. You literally spray it and go- no rubbing it in, it isn't greasy, and it smells amazing!

  6. Target and Walgreens both do that to me…suck me in and take all of my monies. Haha! I love that Elf stipple brush and use it daily. I am interested in that Nudes palette. I’m glad to hear they are pigmented and comparable to the Naked palette. I have the naked 2 palette and it’s my favorite! Thanks for sharing!!

  9. I have to add Rimmel's Scandal Eyes mascara to your list. I own two different ones from this series and both are fantastic!

  10. I'm really surprised to see the Nudes Palette on here! I found the eyeshadows to be super chalky and hard to blend out! I'm glad they work for you!
