Welcome back lovelies!
Today I have one of our favorite wing recipes for game time.
Sweet and Spicy Korean Wings
What You Will Need:
-14-18 chicken wings-separated.
- 1 1/3 cup soy sauce
-1/2 cup honey
-1/2 cup brown sugar
-1/3 cup mirin
-3 cloves of garlic minced
-1 TBSP ground ginger
-siracha to taste
-brown sugar to taste
What To Do:
1. Preheat over to 375* and grease a 9x13 pan
2. Rinse the chicken wings off and arrange them in the pan.
3. Mix all of the other ingredients together.
4. Pour sauce mix over the wings.
5. Place the chicken wings in the oven for 45-50 minutes turning half way through.
6. Once the wings have been cooking for 50 minutes, turn them back over and broil for 2-3 minutes.
7. Serve with extra sauce and enjoy!

ReplyDeleteNow this sounds really good. I could definitely see myself making this soon. I don't have wings on hand but I'm guessing sweet and tangy korean chicken tenderloins would taste yummy too ;)
