Weekend Rewind

Happy Monday Loves! Is it as crazy to you as it is to me that it is already November? I feel like this year flew by! I think it is also so difficult for me to comprehend that it is November because it is still a disgusting 90 degrees out here. Clearly I will not be sporting any fall fashions this year. Anyways, I am back with another weekend rewind.

F R I D A Y
Most of the early morning was spent working on various affiliate/brand contracts and emails. Around 1030 I got the sweetest call from our ring bearer to be and my whole heart, Matthew. He asked if I would dress up and come over to his school for their halloween parade so of course, I said yes. I decided to become a lion. When I got back, Joyce and Bob had finally arrived and boy, I could not have been happier. Thankfully everything that occurred last week has been fixed! For the rest of the afternoon, I helped them unpack and get resettled then made dinner for everyone.

My dad and I were suppose to meet for breakfast at 730. We didn't end up eating until 10am as I was in a minor car wreck on my way there. This guy ran a stop sign and went right through an intersection as I was going through. Thankfully I noticed him coming and the damage ended up being minor cosmetic scrapes and dents on the rear drivers side bumper. After breakfast, I ran over to my parents house to greet the company they are hosting for three months. My dad is an investor with a company in Croatia and the girlfriend and sister of the company's owner wanted to come over and perfect their English/learn the American way of life. J and I pretty much spent the rest of the day netflix and chilling with Criminal Minds.

I met my dad again around 830 and we went out to our family friends farm to see the new babies and feed the goats. We then met my momma for lunch and then finished up running some errands. Again, once I got home, J and I netflixed and chilled for the rest of the night-I could be a professional netflix and chiller!

I hope you all had a fabulous weekend and are having a great monday!

Don't forget to join in with the Show Your Blog Love team for the November Photo Challenge

  1. Looks like you had a fun weekend besides the car accident. Glad it was minor.

  2. Sounds like a fabulous weekend. I'm all for Netflix and chilling! I want to binge Criminal Minds, I used to watch it a lot more and then didn't for some reason haha.

  3. You definitely did a lot more than I did lol Netflix and chill is the best :) I am really glad you didn't get hurt in the accident. I hate people that run lights and signs and put everyone else at risk. People suck!

  4. oo the photo challenge looks fun! Going to have to browse the hashtag!

  5. Sounds like a relaxing weekend! ah i've been deciding to get netflix or not... we've gone this long without it.
