Pizza Bombs [Recipe]

In our house, Sunday, Monday and Thursday nights are for football. With football comes fun, easy to handle and yummy tailgating foods. This can sometimes pose a hardship as there really aren't that many quick and easy football appropriate foods to make. I typically try to get creative and figure out how to make regular foods into bite-sized yummy morsels. This time, I came up with Pizza Bombs.

I N G R E D I E N T S
-biscuit dough (8 count)
-2 cups of mozzarella cheese
-1/2 cup parmesan cheese
-pizza toppings of your choice (we used pepperoni, green peppers and onions)
-3 tablespoons of olive oil
-marinara sauce

D I R E C T I O N S
-preheat oven to 350* and prepare a baking sheet
-prep all toppings (dice into small pieces)
-open the biscuit dough and cut each biscuit in half
-flatten one half of a biscuit and make a little pocket. fill with cheese and toppings then seal up and roll into a ball. repeat for all the halves
-arrange on baking sheet
-brush olive oil on the tops of each pizza bomb (we also mixed in oregano and garlic salt)
-pop in the oven for 15 minutes
-serve immediately with yummy marinara sauce on the side!

What is a staple in your house for football nights?
