Mongolian Beef [Recipe]+ a GIVEAWAY

Hi loves! Today we are talking one of my favorite dishes and a staple in our home. This recipe is made at least five times a month and for me it is a total comfort food dish. It definitely has a lot of ingredients but it is a quick recipe! 

Mongolian Beef

What You Will Need:
-1 1/2 lb of ground beef
-1 crown of broccoli
-3 tbsp brown sugar
-1/2 cup soy sauce
-1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
-1 tsp chopped garlic
-1tsp fish sauce
-1/2 tsp ground mustard
-1/2 tsp garlic powder
-1/2 tsp ground ginger
-red pepper flakes to taste
-scallions for garnish

What You Will Do
-add the garlic and fish sauce to the pan on a medium heat with a teaspoon of olive oil stir for one minute
-add the ground beef with the dried spices and crumble into small pieces cook until 1/2 way browned 
-in a small bowl, combine the rest of the soy sauce, rice wine vinegar and brown sugar to create the sauce. pour into meat. 
-cook until meat is filled browned then add broccoli florets. 
-cook until broccoli is done to your liking (we cook ours for about 10 minutes)
-serve with rice and top with scallions
