Sweat It Out: Fitness and Technology [Link Up]

Happy Tuesday Loves! 
It is again time for our Sweat it Out Link Up! 
Today I am going to be sharing with you some of my favorite apps and youtube channels for at home work outs!

As much as I would love to say that I really use my gym membership, I don't. Don't get me wrong, I definitely go when I can and I love having it for the classes they offer but sometimes I just can't find the time in the day to get there. That is why I love at home work outs.

Home work outs are great because you are able to do whatever type of program you want wether it be Yoga or a HIIT training. The downside is that it is easy to get side tracked so you have to make sure you stay motivated while working out! 

The phrase there's an app for that wasn't joking when it comes to fitness. There really is an app for just about any workout routine you want. I have a top three that I enjoy and go to frequently.

30 Day AB Challenge/HICT/Bikini Beach Body LITE

these are all free apps that set and track your workouts. They help keep you on track because you can set notifications to pop up at a certain time of day that will work for you to do them. They also each have timers and graphics that show you what you should be doing. 

However, sometimes just looking at a screen isn't enough for me so I need more. That is where Youtube comes in. The thing I like most about doing a work out from Youtube is that you can almost feel like you are in an actual class with other people. I have three that I am really partial to:
