Ground Turkey and Cheese Tortellini Soup [Recipe]

Since being pregnant, comfort food has been a big go-to for me. One of my most favorite creations lately has been a crockpot soup! Best part-you can set it and forget it until about 15 minutes prior to serving!

What you will do:
-Spray and set your crockpot to low
-add in your chopped onion, garlic, ground turkey, tomatoes, tomato sauce, and italian seasoning
-stir well and then stir the chicken broth in
-top with the basil and rosemary
-set to 7 hours and 45 minutes
- - -
-when the time has come to an end, using a potato masher, mash the soup to ensure the ground turkey is broken up and the tomatoes are not too clumpy.
-add the tortellini and heavy cream (or milk) and stir
-place the lid back on and allow the tortellini to cook for about 15 minutes.

top with extra basil or parmesan cheese and serve with garlic bread.

enjoy!
